Libro encargado por la fotógrafa Justine Graham. A Study of the School Portrait fue realizado durante una residencia de arte en el Colegio Internacional de Washington, DC (Ago-Dic 2013) donde mas de 500 alumnos y profesores fueron retratados con cuatro series de instrucciones.
Cada capítulo desafía decisiones estéticas (a través de la iluminación, pose del sujeto, distancia, color de fondo) como los sistemas de clasificaciones del retrato escolar tradicionales (por primer nombre, por nacionalidad, por dia de nacimiento, por color de vestimienta). La producción fotográfica fue realizada en colaboración con alumnos de ultimos años que se especializan en la opción de arte del Bacalaureat Internacional. En el diseño del libro colaboró la diseñadora Paulette Filla.
